Revelation Records will be re-releasing Soul Search's 2013 7” EP “Nothing But A Nightmare” that was originally released on Back To Back Records and was soon out of print. This version has been remixed by Taylor Young (Nails, Twitching Tongues) and remastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege, and will be presented with brand new artwork. Look for a release later in 2014 along with the band's debut LP on Revelation.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Xenia Carlsen. Xenia was a huge part of the Rev family for many years before she and her husband Jeff left to live on the slope of a volcano in Hawaii. Lots of people involved in music and of course everyone here who worked with her have great memories of one of the best people around. She was amazing and strong and lived on her own terms, and she will be sorely missed.Posted By:Webmaster

Revelation Records is happy to announce the addition of Fell To Low to the current roster and will be releasing the band's first ever full-length album. Although not a household name, Fell To Low has been making noise since 2009 in the spiritual town of Ojai, California and already have two 7” and two 10” records under their belt. They have toured the West Coast several times with such diverse bands as Nails and Give and completed a full U.S. tour in 2012. They deliver a smart and angular form of punk with odd timing, build ups, melody and wit that brings a hardcore approach to a sound pioneered by Slint, Unwound and June of 44. Their forthcoming LP will expand upon the style of their previous releases and continue to push the boundaries of the band's music. Featuring current members of Nails and Minus.Fell To Low will be playing March 22nd at Carpenteria Library with Brave Young, Uranium Orchard and Souvenirs and will be doing a full US tour this summer.
Revelation Records recording artists Gorilla Biscuits, Judge and Soul Search will be playing this year's Musink festival. Click the flyer below for more info.
Sandwiched between two appearances at Coachella, Title Fight will be making their way through California with Waxahatchee and Hop Along.
Garrett Klahn (Texas is the Reason / Zena Rd) and Karl Larsson (Last Days of April) will be touring the UK in Spring 2014. This is their first time performing together since meeting over 10 years ago. Recently they both worked on the Felled Trees project. This will be a mostly acoustic tour (expect some FX pedals and various musician friends helping them out in certain cities along the way). Both will be playing songs that span their collective careers, as well as material from upcoming releases.
After being out of print for several years, Revelation is happy to say the Shelter, Supertouch and CIV LPs are now back in print on colored vinyl. If that wasn't enough, all three releases have newly re-mastered audio and the Supertouch LP is available for the first time with it's originally intended gatefold layout. You can find all three releases on RevHQ.com.
